We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Copy the action (blue darkness.atn) into the actions folder.
The path should be: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS\Presets\Photoshop Actions
if your PS is installed on a different drive, just replace the C with whatever drive you use.
Once thats done, open PS, open the action panel, click the little round icon on the panel bar, which will open the list. You can find the action there listed. Select it and it will open.
Its actually very easy to install any plugin, brush, action or all the other fancy things which come extra to PS. Just copy and paste into the relevant folder and of you go.
